Reliable Rent-A-Car can help you contribute to the needs of our community through it's "Sowing the Seed" program. This program will make quarterly donations to churches, synagogues and 501(c)3 charitable organizations* based upon their supporters renting vehicles from Reliable Rent-A-Car.
For every rental made by a registered church or synagogue member, or 501(c)3 charitable organization in the Baltimore Metropolitan area, Reliable Rent-A-Car will donate 10 percent of the rental bill.
Steps for Participation:
Please contact Reliable Rent-A-Car so that our Customer Service Representatives can enroll your organization in the "Sowing the Seed" Fundraising Program. Each participating Parish/Congregation/Church Group will get a member ID number upon the first rental and a membership card will be issued. The member ID will be put on every rental agreement along with the organizations tax ID and tracked in Reliable Rent-A-Car’s computer system. Donations will be made quarterly to all participating congregations identifying each members contribution.
*Please note that only organizations with a 501(c)3 status (tax exempt status issued by the IRS) are eligible to be donation recipients of the "Sowing the Seed" program.
